I recently had the pleasure of photographing a lovely couple's Gastown engagement session in Vancouver's historic district. This adorable duo was not only stunningly attractive but also incredibly charming and personable. Their outfits were on point, and they looked absolutely adorable together. Which is also a pleasure as a Vancouver wedding photographer & videographer.
We started our photo shoot in Gastown's famous cobblestone alleys, which provided the perfect backdrop for some intimate and romantic shots. The couple looked so in love as they gazed into each other's eyes, and I couldn't help but capture the magic of the moment. The architecture and brick walls added an urban edge to the photos, making for a perfect contrast against the couple's natural beauty.
As we made our way through the alleys, we stumbled upon many great backdrops, which provided a playful and modern element to the photos. The couple's outfits were perfectly coordinated with the colorful backdrop, and their energy was infectious. It was clear that they were excited to start their life together, and I was honored to capture these special moments for them.
We then ventured to a nearby parkade, which offered a more relaxed and natural setting. The couple was able to really drop into their time together and share some really special moments on camera. What a joy it is to do what I do. Honestly pinch me.
Overall, this Gastown engagement session was an absolute joy to shoot. The couple looked stunning in every frame, and their love for each other shone through in every photo. I'm excited to see them tie the knot at L'Abattoir later this week, and I know that their wedding photos will be just as gorgeous as their engagement shots.
